Founded in 2009, M.I.L.L.S. Institute has a history of providing a world-class education to students here in Turks and Caicos Islands. Our motto is 'Blazing the Trail for Academic Excellence', and we encourage our students to be their very best. As a leading primary school, we bring together students, parents, and teachers representing more than 10 diff erent nationalities into one caring community.

We are well equipped with extracurricular activities geared towards increasing training and socialization to help students now and in the future. Among these are clubs and teams in the K classes and Elementary divisions.
Healthy Lifestyle
We encourage healthy lifestyles; as such our tuckhop serves well-balanced meals.Also, we provide Physical Education classes designed to equip students with the knowledge of acquiring a healthy lifestyle.
Disciplining
We believe that disciplining creates character, and we hold ourselves and our students to this belief. The goal of discipline is self control. When reward is due, it is given; however, when discipline is needed it is administered also.
A Godly Place
MILLS Institute us not a faith based institution however all members of our staff are Christian - educated and guided by the godly principles. In addition, M.I.L.L.S. Institute conducts daily devotions.
Registration
Documents Needed for Registration
- Registration Fee $75.00
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Card
- Driver’s License/NHIP/NIB (Parents) / Proof of Immigration Status
- Passport
- Transcript and letter of reference from previous school - Grades 3-6
- Passport photo
- Parents’ Status Card (PRC/work permit/Belonger’s status ID)
The school also offers:
- Hot meals $4.00 a day. $20.00 for the week
- Evening classes $36.00 for three days (1 hour session only per day)
- Music & Computer Technology
- Aftercare is $8.00. A late pick up fee of $50.00 will be charged to ALL students who are left at the school past 5:30 pm.
Tuition and Fees

Children must be turning their required age by December of the particular calendar year in order to determine class assignment.
- Fees and charges are subject to change at any time. Parents will be notified in advance of any changes. Tuition fees are to be paid in advance.
- The principal may deny a student's attendance at the school until overdue fees and late charges have been paid in full.
- If a parent/guardian is enrolling more than one child, there is a $100 discount on the term's tuition for each additional student. If one of the students leaves the school, the discount ceases to apply for the remaining student.
- A non-refundable application fee of $75.00 is payable in addition to tuition fees. A registration fee of $35 is required at the end of each school year for all students.
